Freya’s elderflowers

With its floral taste “Freya’s elderflowers” brings to mind summer & sun. Elderflower was sacred for the Vikings as it was believed the goddess Freya lived in it.

Raspberry Mjölnir

Our “Raspberry Mjölnir” has a clear taste of raspberries. Raspberries grow wild throughout the Nordic countries and the Vikings liked to flavour their mead with the tasty berries.

Salty licorice Mjölnir

A powerful and salty licorice that tickles the taste buds. With fennel and anise the Vikings flavoured food and drinks before licorice found its way to Scandinavia in the Middle Ages.

Licorice & Juniper Mjölnir

A salty licorice with a note of juniper that lifts the licorice and lingers. On the juniper the marks from the leaves forms a Y which the Vikings interpreted as a representation of Thor’s hammer.

Our Mjölnir is based on a find from Denmark from the 900’s. The original was however made in bronze, not candy:)
