Orders & Delivery

We ship your order within 2–3 business days. We always strive to send your order as quickly as possible. If your order is urgent, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate your needs. All orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. If there is any delay, we will notify you.

Once you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. If you do not receive an email, please check your spam folder. If it is not there, your order may not have been completed, and you should contact us at [email protected].

Viking Sweets ships worldwide, but delivery times vary depending on the destination. We are however currently unable to ship to the United States due to customs and import handling issues.

Prices & Payment

  • Listed prices include VAT for EU customers.
  • For customers outside the EU, prices are updated when the shipping address is entered at checkout. VAT is removed for non-EU customers, but local taxes and applicable duties in the destination country will apply and must be paid by the customer.

We offer clear shipping rates based on destination and order type:

Sweden

  • 49 SEK

European Union (EU)

  • 95 SEK

United Kingdom (UK)

  • 199 SEK for all orders

Rest of the World

  • 249 SEK for all orders. We are however currently unable to ship to the United States due to customs and import handling issues.

Customs, VAT & Import Fees

For orders outside the EU, customs duties, VAT, and other import fees may apply. These rules vary by country and are beyond our control and should be paid by the customer.

UK, Norway & other non-EU countries

  • Orders are handled by the destination country’s customs authorities.
  • Any fees or taxes are charged by the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer.

Orders to USA

Due to current shipping and customs limitations, we are temporarily unable to ship orders to the United States. We hope to be back soon!

Important Information

  • Customs and import fees may affect delivery times.
  • We cannot control or predict exact fees, as they are determined by the destination country.
  • Packages not collected or refused due to customs fees will not have the shipping cost refunded.

Returns

Due to hygiene regulations, no returns or exchanges are accepted. If your order is incorrect or damaged, we will of course replace or refund it. Contact us at [email protected] in such cases.
