Order & delivery:
We aim to send your order within 24 hours on weekdays. All orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. If it’s extra urgent, please let us know and we will do our best to meet your needs! If your order will be slightly delayed we will notify you.
When you place your order you will get an e-mail with a confirmation from us. If you don’t receive an e-mail from us your order was not completed or our confirmation email might have ended up in your junkmail. So before contacting us please check there. If something is wrong with your order or you need to make a change please contact us as soon as possible on info@vikingsweets.com.
Vikingsweets ships all over the world but depending on where you live the delivery time of course varies.
Prices & payments:
The products listed include VAT for customers within the European union. For customers outside the European union prices will be updated when adding shipping address during checkout. For customers outside the EU’s VAT area we will remove VAT. Instead, the local VAT plus applicable fees of the country of destination will be added by the customs authority and has to be paid by the customer. Payments can be made with all major credit cards via Payson or PayPal. Shipping within Sweden is 39 SEK for all orders, within European union 89 SEK & worldwide 199 SEK. We do NOT however ship to Norway due to ridiculous custom costs.
Returns:
Due to health department restrictions no refunds or exchanges can be accepted. However if your order is wrong or damaged we will of course replace or refund it. In that case please contact info@vikingsweets.com

By ordering from us you approve that we store and use your details in order to fullfill our responsibilities towards you. You have the right to receive the information about you stored by us at any time. If the information is incorrect, incomplete or irrelevant you can contact us any time to have it removed or changed.
